CHI Saint Joseph Health Partners is pleased to announce our recertification as a Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) participating accountable care organization. Recent changes to the MSSP will help providers and members of both CHI Saint Joseph Medical Group and KentuckyOne Health Medical Group to engage in earlier identification, outreach and intervention with the patients we serve to provide quality health care.
The recertification is applicable for the next five and a half years, including the final months of 2019. More information will be available in future editions of the newsletter.
